The work consisted of complete strip out and refurbishment of boys and girls toilets including structural and services alterations to enlarge both, new sanitary-ware , cubicles and panelling fitted throughout with circular wash stations centrally placed.

Refurbishment of laboratory classrooms consisting of new resin floor and redecorations plus new acoustically insulated suspended ceilings. New furniture and workstations installed including installing interactive whiteboards and reconfiguring service feeds.

A first floor corridor was also redecorated including new vinyl floor plus impact panelling installed to walls. New doors to classrooms and corridor were fitted.

Externally the main hard-standing area for sports and recreation were resurfaced in tarmac and new steel and fabric structures erected providing covered walkways and seating areas.

Approximate value £975,000.00 , work completed to a very challenging phased programme of handovers on time in 15 weeks between July and October 2014.
