JET actively encourage all employees and sub-contractors to discuss the many aspects of Health, Safety and Welfare, and to make recommendations and suggestions. The arrangements are organised on site, with management, and take the form of meetings, written correspondence and suggestion boxes. Every operative is made aware of their personal responsibilities and that they should seek advice, where necessary, from Senior Management and their Consultant.
