JET Construction MK Ltd, provides construction and interior refurbishment services in and around the Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire Areas of Southern England since 1985.

We have an excellent Health & Safety record and employ independent safety consultants, Mentor who keep us up to date on all Health and Safety matters and our annual audit ensures that all our sites are kept safe and our operatives are fully conversant with legislation.
JET understanding of the client’s requirements has been gained from the successful completion of many varied and multi-disciplined projects.
We are fully aware of the many and varied tasks involved, together with the sensitivity of the working environment, and control the progress by careful planning of labour, materials, specialist suppliers and subcontractors.
JET directly employed, considerate labour resources, experienced in all types of work, supervised by a site supervisor, supported by a contracts manager, will ensure completion of the project to a high quality. Constant communication with the specialist subcontractors relating to integration of their works within the agreed programme is fundamental in achieving the satisfactory completion and is implemented pre contract and during the construction phase
JET experience in working within occupied premises, e.g. schools, hospitals, offices, police and fire brigade buildings provides sound knowledge of the users’ requirements. We understand the need to consider ensuring the minimal disruption to their normal working and to work with the user when programming the works. Noise, cleanliness, health and safety issues are paramount and a respectful cooperative approach from supervisors and operatives all contribute to a smooth working relationship.
