Refurbishment of pre-school toilet block and conversion of rest room to kitchenette and staff room; associated M & E installation and external works including installation of an electrically operated roller shutter. The construction of a block work wall plastered both sides to form a disabled toilet cubicle and a plasterboard ceiling.

External works consisted of the breaking out of the existing access ramp and the area dug out to form a new planting area. A new access ramp was then constructed in brickwork with a tarmacadam footway laid to a fall of 1:15 and finished with stainless steel handrails and balustrades.
