The Complete Refurbishment and Remodelling of Burnham Resource Centre.
Burnham Resource Centre is a day centre for the support of people with learning disabilities.
The works comprised of a complete strip out of the existing facilities, remodelling of internal walls to create a more open plan and user friendly space, the installation of all new showering, washing and toilet facilities including all necessary underground drainage alterations, a complete replacement of all electrics including lighting and alarms. A new Reception area including automated entrance doors, the installation of disabled hoist systems to all wet areas, new floor coverings throughout, decorations throughout, new doors, joinery and ironmongery throughout.
